There’s a lot of common ideas about helping bring on labour.
Everything from having sex, doing light exercise (remember to
stay close to home) eating spicy foods and raspberry leaf tea
(not before 36 weeks) has been considered to help stimulate
your body either physically or hormonally into the start of labour.
Remember, it’s important not to try any of these techniques
until your baby is overdue.
