Ingredients:

• 1 slice white toast bread
• 1 small bobby banana or ½ large banana
• Optional: A pinch of ground cinnamon

Method:

Toast the bread. Peel and slice banana on to the toast. Spread slices evenly, then using a fork, mash slices firmly and evenly to cover the toast.

Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon
