Steamed vegetable custard

Before cooking egg yolk combine it with cooked vegetables.
This custard is silky but vegetables are not totally smooth.

Ingredients:
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2 tablespoons lightly cooked grated courgette/zuchhini, or cooked, chopped or mashed broccoli
Method:
Whisk egg yolk with water in a ramekin, add vegetable, cover with foil and steam for about 8 minutes or until lightly set. Let it stand, covered to cool.
