Homemade recipes for every stage of your baby’s development

We’ve grouped the recipes into stages, and by mealtime, from breakfast through to dessert, to help you plan balanced meals – whatever stage your baby’s at. Or why not try using our meal planner to help get some variety as well as nutrition into your baby’s diet?

Stage 1: 6+ months

When babies start having solids, they need smooth purées to learn how to take food from a spoon and accept tastes other than milk. Gradually introduce new foods and flavours as baby accepts the different tastes. New foods should be introduced one at a time, allowing 2-4 days between each new food to ensure baby tolerates the food.
